To honor the members of our team who are Dads...there will be NO practice on Sunday, June 21st!

For the pre-season, dress code is white or light colored shirt with navy, black, or dark colored shorts/sweats.

Don't forget to bring a water bottle especially through the summer conditioning.

Any player needing equipment should contact Coach Costa ASAP. We will be arranging a representative to come to practice to outfit you. CASH ONLY!!!! 

1st Pre-Season Conditioning:

 

There will be a “Team Run” on WEDNESDAY, May 17th at Dunn Park beginning at 6:30pm. This get together will involve a warm-up, stretches, basic agilities and some running.  Players should arrive by 7:00 p.m. and be ready to go.

• Helmets are not required but are always encouraged
• Cleats are mandatory
• Grey Uppers-Short or Long Sleeve tee Shirts or Sweat Shirts
• Shorts will be Black or Navy Blue
• Skilled position players should ALWAYS bring their own football

 

***All participants will have to sign a Liability Waiver. All Veteran Players and New Players should attend. Potential Players who are interested in joining the team are strongly encouraged to participate.

 

Since this will be the “Team’s First” practice there will be NO contact or full speed activities. It will be to wake up the body.

MANDATORY MEETING!!!

There will be a “MANDATORY” team meeting on Wednesday, April 29^th at 7:30pm. This will be located at the Italian Workingmen’s Club on Diamond Hill Rd.

(same location as the 1^st meeting)

• Entrance is located in the front-2^nd floor.
• Do NOT be late
• We will be discussing Uniforms and Equipment
• $50 registration is NOW due
• Players are encouraged to pay the full amount

The Sents started off 2009 with a great kick-off meeting! Many new players as well as last years vets attended the gathering and discussed the plans for the teams 10th Season.  With 2008 being a "Rebuilding Year", the team is already many steps ahead and the optimistic atmosphere will certainly assure positive things for a team that is built of  "True Team Players"!

 For those who wish to join the team for 2009, there will be an upcoming "Team Run" and a Mandatory Meeting Wed, April 22nd.

 The coaches attended the "2009 NEFL Kick-off Meeting"  and will supply you with the latest league news and updates.

A few topics that were discussed at the last meeting were:

• Spring Training
• Uniforms
• Equipment
• Player Participation
• Player Fees-($150 for the year)

1. The dates for Spring Camp will be announced at the the next meeting.
2. Home Jerseys will be $50-$55 (will be voted on)
3. Game pants $35-(Mandatory)
4. $50 Registration will be due at the next meeting by ALL players!!!
