Fogged Out at Mainland, Slugfest in Truro
The Halifax Pelham Canadians and Dartmouth Moosehead Dry were tied at 4 after four innings before the fog rolled into Mainland Common. No make up date has been set at this time.
The Wildcats picked up their first win of the season last night in Truro. Trailing 12-3 after 6 innings, Kentville sent 20 men to the plate and scored 15 runs to take a 18-12 lead. Codey Shrider hit a grand slam in the 7th. He also pitched the final 3 innings to pick up the save. David McIntyre picked up the win. Kyle Dougan also went deep in the win.

Sooners pick up second win over Bearcats
In the third game of the weekend the Sydney Sooners pick up a 7-2 victory over the Truro Bearcats. Paul Doucette made his first start of the season and picked up the win while John Chapman suffered the loss.

Sooners and Bearcats split double header
Game one saw the Bearcats pick up win in the bottom of the 9th when Adam Lombard drove in the winning run. John Chapman picked up the victory in relief, as Nate Brewer took the loss. The final score was 8-7.
In game two the Sooners came away with the 7-5 win. Logan Aker picked up the victory while Josh Fusthey suffered the loss.
