The Dartmouth Moosehead Dry and Sydney Sooners split a double header on Sunday. Sydney won game 1 in 7-5 in twelve innings. Game 2 saw the Dry bounce back with a 9-8 win. In Truro, the Bearcats needed 2 runs in the 12th inning to earn a 5-4 win and split the double header. Kentville won game 1 9-8.

Dry and Sooners Cancelled Saturday
The double header between the Dartmouth Moosehead Dry and the Sydney Sooners has been cancelled due to rain. The teams will play a double header tomorrow starting at 11am, game 2 will start at 2pm. The remaining game will be played on June 27 when Sydney visits Dartmouth again.
Bell Community One to Broadcast Game Sunday
Bell Community One will air the third game of the series between the Sydney Sooners vs Dartmouth Mooshead Dry from Beazley Field in Dartmouth game time is Sunday 1:00pm

The series begins Saturday at 3pm and game 2 of the series will be at 6pm.
The Truro Bearcats opened the season with a wild and cold 13-12 win in 11 innings. John Chapman picked up the win and drove in the winning run.
