The Dartmouth Moosehead Dry and Sydney Sooners locked up playoff berths today, joining the Kentville Wildcats in the postseason picture. • Geoff MacLellan hit a three-run homer and Richie Walcott added a solo shot in a four-run eighth inning to lift Sydney past the Halifax Pelham Canadians 6-3. The Sooners are in the playoffs for the first time since the 2000 season.
