Dry defeat Pelham Canadians
The Dartmouth Moosehead Dry used a balanced attack to clinch at least 2nd place in the NSSBL standings. Darren Doucette went deep for the 10th time this season and Chris Head drove in three runs as the Dry defeated the Halifax Pelham Canadians 9-4. Cameron Marling picked up the win with relief help from Jeff Reeves and Craig Sinyerd. The Dry still have a shot to take over first place if they sweep their remaining games with Kentville, the Wildcats need to win one out their last 4 to clinch 1st place.
