Canadians, Wildcats rescheduled

The Halifax Pelham Canadians and Kentville Wildcats are scheduled to complete their suspended June 22 game on Aug. 21 at 7 p.m. at the Wanderers Grounds. That game was tied 8-8 after nine innings.
Following the completion of the suspended game, Halifax and Kentville will then make up a rained out game from July 20.

The Halifax Pelham Canadians scored six times in the 12th inning to defeat host Sackville Beaverbank Physio Chiefs this afternoon, while visiting Dartmouth Moosehead Dry took both ends of a day-night doubleheader from the Kentville Wildcats.

The Moncton Mets were to have completed their interleague schedule today, but several games have been postponed. Following are makeup dates:
Saturday, Aug. 7 - Kentville at Moncton (2), 4 p.m. (from June 26)
Saturday, Aug. 21 - Moncton at Halifax, 3 p.m. (from July 24)
Saturday, Aug. 21 - Moncton at Truro, 7:30 p.m. (from Aug. 3 and July 6).
