Games rescheduled

The two games rained out last week have been rescheduled. Halifax visits Truro on Tuesday, and Dartmouth hosts Kentville on Thursday, both at 7:30 p.m. The changes have been noted in the "Calendar" and "Schedule" links on the left-hand side of the page.

Dry edge Wildcats

The Dartmouth Moosehead Dry eked out a win over host Kentville Wildcats tonight. The loss drops Kentville a game behind the Truro Bearcats in the race for second place. At Memorial Park Dartmouth 000 030 010 – 4 5 2 Kentville 002 000 001 – 3 9 1 Trevor Zwaan (WP), Mike Alexander (Sv, 8) and Chris Burns; Keith Bishop (LP), Kevin Daurie (8) and Luke Smith, Ian Mosher (4). Dartmouth – Robert Gillis, two singles, RBI; Darren Doucette, three-run double; Kentville – Ian Lockhart, double, single; Mike Lockhart, two-run single.

Bearcats, Canadians postponed

Tonight's game between the Halifax Pelham Canadians and Truro Bearcats at the TAAC Grounds in Truro was postponed because of rain. When a make-up date has been confirmed, it will be posted on this site.

Truro retakes second

The Truro Bearcats moved back into second place with a victory over host Kentville Wildcats tonight.
