Wildcats take two of three from Sooners
The Kentville Wildcats won two of three games against host Sydney Sooners this weekend.
Kentville took the opener 11-9 in a game that had to be carried over from Friday night because of a problem with the lights. The Wildcats then captured the opener of Saturday's doubleheader 7-3 befoew Sydney bounced back with a 9-1 triumph in the finale.

The Dartmouth Moosehead Dry picked up a victory tonight on home turf, defeating the Truro Bearcats 9-4. Steve Nelson was the winning pitcher, while Jason Smith took the loss.
