Dry win #17

Dartmouth wins their 17th league title, with  a 5-3 win in a 4 hour 53 minute 15 inning marathon.  Chris Head double to drive in the game winning run in the top of the 15th. 


Dan Comeau homered in the 1st.  Kentville tied the game at 1 in the 2nd on an RBI single by Trevor Wamback.  Chris Head scored on a wild pitch in the 5th to give Dartmouth a 2-1 lead.  Mike Lockhart doubled and drove in 2 runs in the bottom of the 8th to give Kentville a 3-2 lead.  Matt Harding led off the 9th with a double, moved to 3rd and scored on an infield single by Dan Comeau.  The game was tied until the 15th when Chris Head doubled down the right field line to put Dartmouth up 4-3. 
Head would score on a sacrifice fly to make it 5-3 Dartmouth.

Dan Comeau was named finals Most Valuable Player.

Wildcats win Game 4

The Kentville Wildcats won game 4 at Beazley field 6-4,   the Dry lead the series 3-1. Game 5 will be Friday night at Memorial Park. Game 6 will be at Beazley Field Saturday at 7:30pm.

Game 4 Washed out AGAIN

Game 4 was called after Kentville batted in the 1st inning at Beazley Field.  The teams will try again Wednesday night at Beazley field.

Dry One Win From Number 17

The Dartmouth Moosehead Dry are one win from their 17th NSSBL Championship after a 8-2 win in Kentville to take a 3-0 series lead. Game 4 is scheduled for tonight at 7:30pm at Beazley Field.

The Dartmouth Moosehead Dry fell behind 6-0 nothing but chipped away at the lead and Shain Beaudreau settled in to keep the game within reach, Dan Comeau had a bases loaded double in the 7th that put the Dry ahead. The win gives them a 2-0 series lead and will head to Kentville for game 3 on Tuesday night at 7:30.
