Registration of the Forest Hills Basketball League will take place on the following day(s) at FHYAA Headquarters, 66-01 Fleet Street (corner of Selfridge & Groton Street - one block from Yellowstone Boulevard) Adjacent to the Little League Baseball Fields. Download and print the Basketball Registration Form / Registration Flyer. Open to boys and girls ages 3-17  Late Registration Fee is $200.00 (effective 9/29/14) (includes T-shirt or full uniform depending on age) Season: Nov. 2014 - Feb. 2015 - Basketball Mini camp for 3 & 4 year olds (with parents or guardians present at all times) - Instructional program for 5-7 year olds - Co-ed competitive games twice a week for all players 8-17 years old - Experienced referees for all games Questions? Parent or legal guardian must be present with all registrants along with child's Birth Certificate or other official proof of birth date.
