Chili Peppers

We are starting to really play as a team. We won 10-3 by playing really good defense. Jessica did a great job pitching and Taryn came in and struck out 3 in her one inning. We had 11 hits, Katie, Jessica, and Emy each had two hits. Nikki had a homerun and knocked in 4 runs. A really good game for our first league game.

Here are some items that each girl will need for next year: Black t-shirt to go with uniforms. Sliders, so they can slide into the bases. Batting helmets with face guards and chin straps because some of the tournaments will require that they have them.
