Chili Peppers

Sorry we had to cancel our practice. The wind was just so strong it would not have been much fun to play in that weather. For any one that was going to the Royals game for Jcgaa, it was canceled. They said they did not get enough people signed up for it. Maybe we can go some other time just as our team. Games will be on wednesdays with maybe some on mondays. Should start may 2nd. Another practice with the field to wet to actually play on it. We got to do lots of hitting and some fielding in the hot, windy weather. Had 14 girls come out and practiced hard. Thanks ,Coach Dale.

April 4th: another wet practice. The field was muddy as can be from the rains of the day before. We made do by practicing out in the grass. Mostly just worked on hitting. Broke up into two groups and practiced hitting off the tee, hitting golf balls, and hitting softballs. One of these days we will have a dry sunny day. Coach Dale..

Our second practice was held on Sunday the 1st of April. We had 12 girls show up on yet another cold day with a few sprinkles. We had a full set of coaches and got a lot of hitting and fielding practice in. We even had a short one inning game at the end of practice( nice hits from all the girls with Emy and Taryn hitting homeruns). Good practice hope to have better weather with a better field. ON Sunday the 25th of March we had our first practice. It was cold, the field was muddy and it was the start of spring break. We had 9 girls come out and we did a lot of hitting in the grass area. Hope everyone had fun. Coach Dale.
