The Lady Golden Bears Move Their Record To (3-7 Overall & 1-3 In HHC Play) after Losing To Greenfield-Central 50-43 Tuesday Night The Lady Bears Will Be Back In Action Saturday Night When They Travel To Take On Franklin JV Tip *Is At 6 PM. & Varsity Tip Is At 7.30 PM.

Indiana High School Basketball – Shelbyville overwhelms New Castle
December 13, 2019: Shelbyville, IN 46176
Fans at Friday’s league challenge between the Shelbyville Golden Bears (Shelbyville, IN) and the visiting New Castle Trojans (New Castle, IN), saw Shelbyville’s basketball squad wallop New Castle by a count of 65-40.

With the victory, Shelbyville upgrades its record to 3-6 on the campaign. The Golden Bears travel to Greenfield-Central (Greenfield, IN) to play the Cougars in a Hoosier Heritage challenge on Tuesday, December 17. The Cougars come into the challenge with a record of 2-7. Greenfield-Central lost 43-35 in their recent league challenge against New Palestine (New Palestine, IN)

Next up, the Trojans play the Shenandoah Raiders (Middletown, IN) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, December 28. New Castle will attempt to upgrade on its 3-10 season record.

Indiana High School Basketball – Franklin County holds off Shelbyville
December 6, 2019: Brookville, IN 47012
Fans at Friday’s non-league challenge between the Franklin County Wildcats (Brookville, IN) and the visiting Shelbyville Golden Bears (Shelbyville, IN), saw Franklin County’s basketball squad hold off Shelbyville by a tally of 47-44.

With the victory, Franklin County improves its record to 4-5 on the campaign. The Wildcats travel to Richmond (Richmond, IN) to confront the Red Devils in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, December 10. The Red Devils come into the challenge with a record of 4-5. Richmond lost 48-39 in their recent non-league challenge against Lawrenceburg (Lawrenceburg, IN)

Next up, the Golden Bears confront the Batesville Bulldogs (Batesville, IN) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, December 7. Shelbyville will attempt to improve on its 1-6 season record. The Bulldogs come into the challenge with a 2-6 record after their 52-48 non-league loss to Jac-Cen-Del (Osgood, IN).

In Saturday’s non-league outing, the Shelbyville Golden Bears (Shelbyville, IN) basketball squad nipped the host Batesville Bulldogs (Batesville, IN), by a margin of 65-61.

The Golden Bears (2-5) will now prepare for their outing against New Palestine (New Palestine, IN). The Dragons go into the Hoosier Heritage outing with a 7-2 record. In their last outing, New Palestine got by Delta (Muncie, IN), 52-29, in a league outing.

The Bulldogs now own a 2-7 record. They play next when they travel to Franklin County for a Eastern Indiana outing on Tuesday, December 17.

In Tuesday’s league match, the host New Palestine Dragons basketball team scored a decisive 76-35 triumph over the Shelbyville Golden Bears.

In their next game, the Dragons meet the Greenfield-Central Cougars (Greenfield, IN) in a Hoosier Heritage match, on Friday, December 13. New Palestine will attempt to better on its 9-2 season record. The Cougars enter the match with a 2-6 record after their 49-42 non-league loss to Lapel (Lapel, IN).

With the defeat, Shelbyville moves to 2-7 on the year. The Golden bears host New Castle (New Castle, IN) to meet the Trojans in a Hoosier Heritage match on Friday, December 13. The Trojans enter the match with a record of 3-9. New Castle won 53-41 in their recent non-league match against Connersville (Connersville, IN)
