The Lady Bears lost to Southwestern 50-46 Tuesday Night at home.The lady bears was led in scoring by Kelli Haehl 11, Chelsea Weaver 9, Sarah Carlson 7, Bailee Runnebohm 6, Melanie Clark 4, Kate Kolls, Kaitlan Hudson, & Caitlan Mills 3 apiece. Southwestern was led in scoring by Shelby McArthy 17. The JV team won 39-37 to move thier season record to (6-3). The bears will be back in action Saturday December 22nd when the Waldron Mohawks come to Garrett Gymnasium Varsity start is 1:30 PM.
As losers of six straight games, the Shelbyville girls' basketball team entered its contest against Morristown Tuesday hope that relief was only 32 minutes.

The Shelbyville Lady Golden Bears snap a six game losing streak Tuesday Night at Garrett Gymnasium witha 51-47 win over the Morristown Yellow Jackets. That moves thier record to (2-6 overall 1-3 in HHC). The JV team also won 38-19 moving thier record to (5-3). The bears was led in scoring by Kelli Haehl, & Bailee Runnebohm 13 apiece, Melanie Clark 9, Chelsea Weaver 6, Kate Kolls 4, Caitlan Mills, Sarah Carson, & Kaitlan Hudson 2 apiece. Morristown was led in scoring by Melissa Tillison18. The Lady Bears will be in action Satuday December 15th when they travel to take on host Hamilton Southeastern. JV tipoff is 6 PM. Varsity tipoff is 7:30 PM.

The Shelbyvillegirls' basketbal team led New Palestine at halftime Saturday, but the visiting Golden Bears struggled at the free-throw line and lost 39-35.
The Lady Golden Bears suffered thier sixth straight loss Saturday night at New Palestine 39-35. The Lady Bears are (1-6 overall, 1-3 in the HHC). The Bears was led in scoring by Kelli Haehl 9, Melanie Clark 8, Chelsea Weaver 7, Bailee Runnebohm 5, Kate Kolls 4, Kaitlan Hudson, & Caitlan Mills 1 apiece. New Palestine was led in scoring by Destiny Greb 13. The Lady Golden Bears take on Morristown Tuesday December 11th at Garrett Gymnasium JV tipoff is 6 PM. Varsity tipoff is 7:30 PM.
