The Lady Golden Played Thier Best Game Of The Season At Home Against Mt. Vernon Saturday Afternoon Losing In Ovrtime. It Was Close Neither Team Was Ahead More Than 6 Points. The Bears Trailed 13-9 After One, The Bears Went Into The Locker Room At Halftime Down 22-19, Mt. Vernon Pushed The Lead To 34-28, The Lady Bears Outscored Mt. Vernon 11-5 In The Fourth Period To send The Game To Overtime at 39-39. They Outscored Us 20-10 In The Overtime That Made The Final 57-47.The Lady Bears Were Led In Scoring By: Caitlin Mills 13, Bailee Runnebohm, & Chelsea Weaver 10 apiece, Jordan Wise 8, & Eryn Hopper 6. Mt. Vernon Was Led In Scoring By: Staci Funkhouser22, & Jessica Brown 21. The Bears Will Be Back In Action Monday Evening At Morristown The Make Up Game From December Varsity Only Tip Is At 6 PM.

The Lady Bears Had Some Positive Things Come Out Of The Loss On Tuesday Night Against Warren Central 78-57. The Lady Bears Had Four Players In Double Figures They Are Starting To Jell As They Get Prepared For The Sectional Coming Up The First Week In Feb. The Lady Bears Was Led In Scoring By: Chelsea Weaver 20, Caitlin Mills, & Bailee Runnebohm 11 apiece, Eryn Hopper 10, Kelly Endahl, & Brooke Smith 2 apiece, & Natasha Palmer 1. Warren Central Was Led In Scoring By: Kristien Malone 15. The JV Lost 50-19. The Lady Bears (0-13 Overall & 0-5 In The HHC) Take On Mt. Vernon At Garrett Gymnasium & Frank Barnes Court Saturday Afternoon Jan. 17th. JV Tip Is At 1 PM. & Varsity Tip Is At 2:30 PM.

HOPE - Chelsea Weaver's 3-pointer to start the second half left winless Shelbyville in a rare position Saturday at Hauser - tied for the lead.
The Shelbyville Lady Golden Bears Hung Tough With Hauser For 3 Quarters Then Hauser Pulled Away In The Final Eight Minutes, 63-47 Saturday Afternoon. The Lady Bears Was Led In Scoring By: Chelsea Weaver 14, Bailee Runnebohm, & Caitlin Mills 10 apiece, Jordan Wise 6, & Eryn Hopper 5. Hauser Was Led In Scoring By: Taylor Miller, & Emma Shoaf 16 apiece. The Lady Bears Are Back In Action Tuesday Jan. 13th Against Warren Central At Garrett Gymnasium & Frank Barnes Court. JV Tip Is At 6 PM, & Varsity Tip Is At 7:30 PM.
