The winner of the +/- Award will be the player who has accumulated the most points using the plus and minus points listed below. Point Values for "ON BASE" Award
3 points for: each run scored
2 points for: a hit, rbi and executing a squeeze play
1 point for: each stolen base, sac fly or bunt, BB, HP, get on base anyway.
-2 points for: Striking out looking, Picked off base, Missed sign
-1 point for: Strike out swinging, hit into a double play, doubled off base -4 points for being picked off 3rd
PLAYER OF THE GAME vs FARMINGTON: SAM MCMANUS
Junior Sam McManus got back on track thowing a complete game 4 hitter and striking out 9 while only walking 1. The righty pounded the zone all day starting 23 of the 25 hitters he faced with a strike. McManus threw just 84 pitches.
Honorable Mention
Freshman catcher Jake Nelson caught a great game, made a great catch on a pop up behind the plate and collected 2 rbi's on balls he put in play.
Junior Nate Greabe made a few awesome plays at short and had a 2 rbi single in teh 2nd.
PLAYER OF THE GAME vs RAYMOND: FRANKIE BEANE
The junior center fielder set the table for the Hawks collecting 4 hits, stealing 3 bases and scoring 3 runs to help the Hawks to a 16-1 route of Raymond Rams.

Sam McManus broke out of a 4 game slump with a double, Homerun and 3 rbi's
Sam Bonifant pitched 6 innings of 3 hit ball with 7 strikeouts and went 2-5 at the plate with 3 rbi's.

Sam Bonifant pitched a complete game 8 hitter striking out 9 and walking 0. At the plate he went 2-3 with a double and an rbi.
