The Parsippany Hills Coaching Staff will be conducting the workouts. All four sessions will focus on football instruction and skill development in a fun and relaxed atmosphere. The training sessions are open to all boys and girls 8 and up. Participants do not have to play football to take part in the program. Training will be stationed based allowing athletes of all levels to participate.
