Drop In for Speed & Agility Tonight
Two sessions. Please register. Athletes need a mask and plenty of water!
Drop in for pitching tonight with Coach Myles. Your pitcher will learn the fundamentals of this position, including grips, motions, arm care.
This class is small and intended to work very closely with the players. Space is limited.
Bring your energy and lots of water!
Our Speed & Agility training places a high priority on functional movements, athletic coordination, balance and relative strength and the introduction of essential muscular movement patterns.
These are extremely important in establishing an athletic foundation for improved performance, injury prevention, and long-term enjoyment of sports participation.
