Hello Legends Baseball,

Congratulations thus far on the success of your players this season and making it to the mid-way point! Most teams have about 6-8 weeks left with several destination tournaments before departing for time off in the summer. It’s been a very busy spring for everyone so we would like to take this opportunity to make a few announcements from the Booster Club.

To finalize the Banner Program - All banners have been distributed and should be hung during games for the teams. All sponsors are listed on our Legends Baseball TeamPages http://teampages.com/clubs/5048. All $500+ Sponsors have been spot-lighted on our BLBC Facebook page https://www.facebook.com/legendsboosterclub2018/. Please continue to support these 75 companies which gave to our organization this Spring.

In additional news, both Melissa Manera (Player Advocate) & Lena McCausland (President) have stepped down from their posts from the Booster Club. Both women were monumental in the growth of the Booster Club which provided resources and support to 100s of players & families over the last two years. Both women are big supporters of the organization and their absence from meetings in addition to 100s of volunteer hours will definitely be missed and challenging to replace. When you have a chance please thank both Melissa & Lena for all the hard work, dedication, and support they provided your player & team over the last 2 + years.

We now have a great opportunity to bring two new faces into the Booster Club for the Fall 2019 season. If you are interested please email the Booster Club LB1BoosterClub@gmail.com and then the committee & members will vote at the next meeting. Because of travel schedules, pending tryouts, and a generally quiet fundraising time of year the Booster Club will not host another formal meeting until August. This will give the teams a chance to define their fall teams with returning & new players. The Booster Club is always available though and please feel free to continue to submit fundraising proposals (flyer attached) if your team chooses to do so for the remainder of the Spring 2019 season.

Hello Legends Baseball!

What a great start to the 2019 Spring Season. All of the teams are making great strides and the hard work & dedication is certainly paying off from the winter workout season.

We wanted to bring to your attention and let everyone know that this success would not have been possible without the hard work from your child, the 100s of coaching hours, and the 1000s of hours that parents provide back to the organization. We would also like to thank our donors who contributed to the Building Legends Booster Club Team Banner Program. These funds provided resources for continual training and team building for the players & coaches this spring and we owe them a thank you!

Whether you are looking for places to eat, work to be done at your home or business, or just something to do with family, we please ask that you consider our sponsors for your needs to help return the support back to them.

Update on Banners: They are in the final production phases with team pictures and sponsor logos and should be available for the teams to display next week. They will be distributed asap. We apologize for the delay, and this is by no means an excuse, but this was our first year with the banner project. We absolutely recognize our causes for production delays and will be better prepare in the future if we choose to run this very successful fundraising option again.

Please print the order form out and submit payment – Cash or Check – directly to the Ballpark. Remember, if paying by check, please make the check out to LEGENDS BALLPARK. Orders are due by April 26, 2019.
