We will be taking orders for Hawks apparel beginning today. Please see attached for the items offered and order form. Submit your completed order form to your team manager or HFL executive member along with cash or cheque payment.
Cheques should be payable to “Hawks Field Lacrosse” Please allow 3 weeks for delivery of apparel

NO LATE ORDERS WILL BE ACCEPTED
