The Legends Speed & Agility Training Program

Well, we’ve got a great program that will get your entire family moving! Our Speed and Agility program has been expanded to include adult workouts to get everyone stronger and healthier! COACHES WELCOME TOO!
Program Details:
- Fridays 6-7pm or Sundays 3-4pm
- Program Length – 6 weeks
- Fridays – 2/1, 2/8, 2/15, 2/22, 3/1 and 3/8
- Sundays – 2/3, 2/10, 2/17, 2/24, 3/3 and 3/10

There have been some questions regarding the NEW Speed & Agility Training Program. There are 4 total weeks in January’s Program.
You must register for a session (either Tuesdays or Saturdays) but you can attend the 4 sessions on the Tuesdays or Saturdays that best meet your needs. Please let Coach Gary or Coach Jennifer know if you are not attending regularly based on your registration so that they can adjust their training each week.

NEW - Speed & Agility Training
The Legends Speed & Agility Training Program
Legends is pleased to provide a new Speed & Agility Training Program. Our Speed & Agility Training Program places a high priority on functional movements, athletic coordination, balance and relative strength and the introduction of essential muscular movement patterns. These are extremely important in establishing a child’s athletic foundation for improved performance, injury prevention, and long-term enjoyment of sports participation. Coaches Gary & Jennifer Gray will instruct.

January Hitting Clinic at Legends Ballpark
January Hitting Clinic
Registration is now open for the January Legends Hitting Clinic with Instructor Jim Ambrosius.
This hitting program is designed to help players develop the basic fundamentals of hitting that they can take with them into the spring season.
When: Thursdays 7:00PM – 8:00PM
Starts: January 10, 2019
Finishes: January 31, 2019
Hittrax and Video Analysis Options Available

The 7u and 8u Fall Team party will be held this Friday at Legends from 6-8pm. Nerf and Dodgeball are the activities for the celebration. Pizza and drinks will be served!
