Ashley Oleyar
High School Student – Ashley Oleyar is working alongside professional lighting designer, Jorn Nielsen, during her independent study in Technical Theatre in our very own Dr. Thomas L. Marcy Theatre. Mr. Nielsen has Ashley bringing Renaissance Paintings to life on stage through the use of lighting design techniques that he is teaching her.
The Tale of Despereaux Cast Announced!
Our WPS Theatrical Repertoire Company, all student led, directed, and performed, will produce an adaption of The Tale of Despereaux, written by our very own Andrea Matos Devesa on April 7 at 6:00 p.m. This adaptation will be directed by Andrea and assisted by Stuart Sheffield. The Theatrical Rep Company is advised by Mrs. Rosemarie Redman. Congratulations to the cast and crew!

Introducing the Ruan!
One of our new Lower School students from China, Yerong Qian, brought her Ruan (an ancient Chinese instrument that is similar to a lute) to demonstrate during music class. She performed in front of the class and it was just beautiful. The students enjoyed the performance.
