Our IB Senior Dance students demonstrated their original compositions during the IB Senior Dance Concert Thursday evening. The students selected the music, created the dance, developed the costumes and lighting plots, and directed their compositions. Thank you to Ms. Gilliane Hadley for inspiring our IB Dance students.

Congratulations to all of our IB Senior Visual Arts students for a beautiful showcase of paintings, clothing, and works of art that focused on personal inspiration, social issues, and stories expressed through art – guided and led by Mr. Bill Miller.

You are invited to see a kaleidoscope of talent and color tonight and tomorrow evening!

Our IB Senior Dance students will present their original compositions during the IB Senior Dance Concert beginning at 7:00 pm tonight (February 28) inside the Dr. Thomas L. Marcy Theatre.

Tomorrow night (Friday, March 1) will showcase our IB Senior Visual Arts students and their masterpieces. This show will be on display inside the Cypress Center Atrium and will begin at 5:00 pm. This show will end at 8:00 pm.

I appreciate the many efforts in developing, leading, and inspiring our IB Dance and Visual Arts students! Thank you, Gilliane and Bill! We hope to see all of you there!

Shakespeare Competition!

A few weeks ago a selection of students participated in the National Shakespeare Competition. After a successful performance, Alex Sheffield advanced to the second stage of the competition at the state level, competing against 17 other schools from around Florida. She performed with such grace and demeanor, showing yet another notch to her talent. Well done Alex!!
