We want to wish our Lakerettes the very best as they make final preparations for this Saturday’s Dance Team Union Regional Competition at Seminole High School! Good luck to all!

We hope that you will join us on Thursday, December 10, and/or Friday, December 11, beginning at 6:00 p.m. both evenings for An Enchanted Evening of Dance!  This virtual dance concert can be viewed by going to live.windermereprep.com.  This concert will feature on-campus and hybrid middle and high school dance students.  

Our Senior Thespian Troupe, led by Bambi Fadoul, earned top honors in Orange County, for the first time ever in school history, at this year’s Thespian District Competition! It was a busy weekend for our Thespians. On Friday, 8 Senior Theatre Arts Students successfully completed their IB Solo Performances. On Saturday, our Senior Thespians participated in the Digital Regional Festival. Out of 27 submissions, our Thespians earned 22 Superiors breaking another school record. Of those Superiors 6 received High Honors, 2 PERFECT Scores, and 6 performances were short of a perfect score by 1 point. The school had also earned five Excellent ratings! Congratulations to all of our Thespians!

Wren 5 kicked off the Holiday Season by singing Christmas Carols at the Four Seasons Sports and Golf Club’s annual “Jingle and Mingle” at the Four Seasons Resort on Monday night.

Juilliard and NAE are excited to announce that we’re launching a new program this January – The Winter Festival with Juilliard.   The Winter Festival will focus on skills-based instruction and creative development in dance, piano, and voice for students aged 12-18, in a two-day workshop featuring dynamic seminars, studio classes, and lessons. Students will build on their skills and artistry through personal instruction in individual and small group settings with teachers from the Juilliard community, all in the comfort of home. Applications open today and close on 8th January 2021.
