Banquet Tickets
BANQUET TICKET INFORMATION:
Abbey will be selling banquet tickets 2 more times:
Tuesday 1/14/2020 6:30pm to 7:30pm at Hop Brook Elementary Cafe (Mitey Mite uniform return)
Saturday 1/18/2020 1:00pm to 2:00pm at the Dunkin Donuts on New Haven Road
Tickets have to be bought at one of these times. Tickets will not be sold at the door and Abbey will be unable to meet anyone outside of these times.
The banquet is January 26th at 1:00pm at the Grand Oak Villa. Tickets are $25 each.
Naugy PW Cheer Uniform Turn-in
We are so proud of the Pee Wee Cheerleaders this year and how Wonderfully Amazing their team work paid off and how well they all executed the routine! Although, we may not have made it to Nationals, but we should all be so proud of the State & Regional Competition performances.
With that said, our season has ended, so our PW uniform turn-in and pizza party will be this Thursday, 11/14, at the Armory Conference Rm from 6:30-7:30pm. All cheerleaders must return their uniform top and skirt to receive their banquet ticket. Parents may purchase their banquet ticket from Abbey during the party also for $25/each. Additionally, please bring in your 50/50 raffle tickets (both sold and unsold) for the Thanksgiving day game.
If you are unable to attend tomorrow, please make arrangements with Jillian or Alicia for drop of uniforms and banquet tickets and Abbey, Belmira or Octavia for raffle tickets turn in.

U12 Game
The U12 game has been moved to Saturday 10/26 at New Britian 3pm.
U12 will be playing Hartford
Thanksgiving Day Raffle Tickets
Please turn in all sold tickets by tomorrow 10/23. If you have any remaining unsold tickets please continue to try and sell them. If you would like more tickets to sell, please let the PW coaching staff know as we have some books remaining.
We would like to collect all tickets by Saturday 11/2.

Walter Camp Foundation 2020
All,
Our Local Chiropractor in town, Dr. Rocchio has offered to send our League to the Walter Camp Foundation at a discounted rate. Typically it costs $50 per child and he is charging $35 per child. It is for ages 7-14 boys and girls. Cash or Check (check made out to Cash or Walter Camp Foundation). Please print the form, fill it out and give to the coaches by Monday 10/28/19. The event is being held January 17th, 2020 at Floyd Little Athletic Center from 4pm-7pm. Any questions feel free to email at als9903@aol.com
