Important Information from Coach

Posted by Admin at Aug 25, 2015 6:27AM PDT ( 0 Comments )

Gabriel Ricks will soon have a brochure that you can print and take
around- leave at resturants etc in seeking sponsors.
Below is information concerning sponsorship that could be helpful.
Athletes who are certain for Disney at this point were told yesterday and
asked to relay that to parents so I can begin collecting the $450 payment.
More will be able to solidify their eligibilty for the trip at our Sept 2
meet. Ask your athlete if they were confirmed for the trip based on points
or senior 3yr status.

Those who will ride the bus to the meet on Sept 2 at Gilbert were informed
yesterday as well.
If they are not riding the bus parents may take them to the meet . Please
send a note if you plan to drive your athlete to the meet. The first race
is at 6 PM. We will leave the high school(bus will be in the parking lot by
the arena) at 4:30PM. This should give all CMS amd SHHS athletes time to
ride buses over and help out parents on this meet.
Remember that parents whose athletes ride the bus to the meet can sign out
with Coach Hines to have the athlete ride home with the parents. It is
essential that you sign out with Coach Hines because if you leave without
signing out we assume that the athlete is missing! We are responsible for
the well being of your children and will not leave a meet until all
athletes are accounted for.

Thanks in advance for working to secure sponsors for Lake Murray
Invitational!

The process is the goal,

Coach
