AWARDS BANQUET INFORMATION

1. Banquet will be held on Monday, 11-12-18, from 6:30- 9:30
1287 Sardis rd
2. Dinner will have 2 Entrees, 2 sides. Salad, Rolls/Bread.
Drinks, Dessert and a CA$H bar for beer & wine.
3. Tickets are $20 each (Player & Guest)
4. Print player info on back of return ticket.
5. Cash or Check is acceptable.
6. Seating is Limited to 200 and NO ticket sales at door.
Get tickets from your coach. Or any board member.
DON’T FORGET ABOUT THE GOLF OUTING.
