2019 Spring/Summer League Schedule REV.01

Please see attached Benefit Tourney Bracket. We will test bats Saturday, 4/27 at the Field 2 pavilion, 10:30-12:00. Please remember all bats need tested and stickered to use this season. If your bats have a 2018 sticker on them they must be tested again this year to use. If the tournament is rained out the next testing will be in May, probably May 19th.

We just found out there is a discrepancy with the Easton Ronin men’s bat. If you or anyone on your team has this bat if you could please send me a picture of the model #. You could also bring the bat to our league meeting this Monday. Unfortunately all of these bats must be checked before they can be used in the league. I’m sorry for the inconvenience.

Our April meeting will be held on April 22nd at 8:30pm. The meeting will be held at Tusca’s Pizzeria 4975 Tuscarawas Rd. Beaver, PA 15009. If each team could please have one representative present at the meeting.

The schedule will be drawn at this meeting and we will also be testing bats. We will discuss possibly testing at our benefit tournament on Saturday, April 27th. If the tournament is canceled due to rain we will not have testing. The next time a bat could be tested will be in mid-May when we set a date to test at the fields.

Teams playing in the benefit tournament please bring the entry payment of $175. If the payment is not made you will be removed from the tournament. We will also draw numbers for the bracket.
