2013 SYFL CHEER COMPETITION
PROGRAM INFORMATION
This years Cheer Competition will be held at Lawlor Events Center on November 10, 2013
All business advertising and personal messages are due by October 13, 2013 WITH PAYMENT or AD WILL NOT BE PLACED. You are encouraged to submit artwork and payment EARLIER than October 13th if at all possible.
There are no shout outs, so all “best wishes” must go in the program. Please plan accordingly and alert your parents!
Sizes available and pricing:
Business card/one-eighth page — $15 Apx. 2” x 3.5”
Double business card/one-quarter page - $25 Apx. 4” x 3.5” $40 Apx. 4” x 7”
One half page -
Full page — $60 Apx. 8” x 7”
Checks payable to Sierra Youth Football League (SYFL)
No credit/debit card payments
Ads/messages MUST be submitted digitally (pdf, jpg, word, etc.) to cheerads@gosyfl.com (please note email address) and must fit in sizes available. Custom sizing is not available. Ads/messages not submitted in digital format will not be accepted. Programs will be printed in black and white. The SYFL is not responsible for artwork submitted or clarity of final images.
Ads/messages will not be formatted for insertion into the program until payment has been received. Deliver payment to the CHEER DIRECTOR personally or via mail to the SYFL office at 5401A Longley Lane Suite 19, Reno NV 89511 (If you drop it through the mail slot because no one is there please put ATTN: CHEER DIRECTOR on the envelope, you must email me and notify me that you have left it at the League Office).
For local teams making payment out of their team accounts, please make sure you complete a Team Charges form and that there are sufficient funds in your account to cover your request, if there are not sufficient funds your ad will not be placed.

The office will be open on the following days/times through the end of the Regular Season (note: post season include playoffs, etc.)
These office hours are meant to allow any member of the league to come by and conduct any necessary Financial business.
Please note: Check requests may be submitted during this time, however, checks may not be paid during this time. Please allow AT LEAST 24 hours turn around time on all check requests.
