Returning player registration begins today!

*ALL PLAYERS MUST SUBMIT PROOF OF RESIDENCY IN ORDER TO COMPLETE REGISTRATION
Proof of Residency is a utility bill, rental agreement, landline phone bill, or something to confirm the guardian of the player lives in the residence. If the document is not satisfactory – you will be notified by our registration chairperson. PO Box addresses are not acceptable proof of residencies.

Area Coordinators for each camp have been provided the link for online registration and will forward onto coaches the day prior to the registration event. You must register your player on or after the date below. Any player that registers prior to their assigned date will be moved to the bottom of the priority list. Early registration will not benefit your child’s spot on the roster.

All returning player registration will be conducted online. There will be no LIVE returning player registration events. All LIVE events will be open to both NEW and RETURNING PLAYERS.

Our next rules committee meeting will be held on Tuesday, February 17th at 6pm

We will be reviewing football rules.

If you wish to submit a rule to be reviewed/changed, please email rules@gosyfl.com

Please include:

Rule # to be reviewed
Proposed rule revision
Reason for the change

If you can attend the meeting to discuss the rule, you are welcome to attend. If not, please let the committee chairperson know so he can be sure to present on your behalf

If you are interested in becoming a volunteer for the SYFL, please complete the application in the Documents section in the Applications folder.

You must complete an application if you would like to volunteer as a:

Team Manager
Assistant Coach
Team Volunteer
Team Photographer or Media person

SYFL will have a quarterly meeting on Sunday, 28 at 6pm at the SYFL office

Registration rules (only) will be voted on during this time.

All other registration announcements will be discussed at this time as well.

SYFL Rules committee will meet on the following day:

Football Rules: Tuesday, January 20th 6pm @ the SYFL office
Cheer Rules: **CANCELLED**Tuesday, January 27th 6pm @ the SYFL office

ANY person, coach, parent, etc may submit a rule change to the committee for review. Any suggestions for football rule change proposals must be sent to rules@gosyfl.com prior to the meeting for review by the chairperson. The submitter must attend the rules committee meeting to review the rule with the committee. At that time, the committee will determine if the rule change should be presented to the board for a vote.
