Make Up Weigh in Information for Monday, Aug 10
Make up Weigh Ins/Birth Certificate Verification for FOOTBALL & CHEER. Monday August 10 from
3:00-5:00pm & 6:30-8:00pm.
Please bring the following with you:
1. Player
2. Original Birth Certificate
3. A copy of Birth Certificate ($5 fee if you need a copy)
4. Player Form/Certification (ask your coach for it, $10 fee if you need one made)
5. Helmet (football only: $3 if you need x-man stickers)
Location: SYFL League Office 5401A Longley Lane suite 19
The 2015 Weigh In Schedule can be found in the documents section.
Weigh-Ins will take place at McQueen High School on August 8th from 8am until 2pm (camp times vary, please see schedule)
Cheer squads will have birth certificates verified at the same time as football teams weighing in with their camp.
ORIGINAL BIRTH CERTIFICATES AND A PHOTOCOPY WILL BE REQUIRED.
Colored copies do not qualify as an original. Originals must have the embossed seal.
No Original birth certificate – no weigh in
Copies may be made at weigh ins for $5 per copy.
Proof of residency also required to weigh in – please turn into your head coach ASAP.
Anyone who still has a payment due will not be allowed to weigh in.
Anyone who does not weigh in on 8/8 will fall under the late weigh-in rule and will accumulate 1lb per day after weigh ins until all proper documentation has been obtained and/or they attend a Make up weigh in time. Make up weigh in’s will be announced after Saturday, August 8th.
Any equipment pick up will have to be done by appointment only.
Please contact your head coach so he can coordinate a date and time with the equipment coordinator.
A coach must be present from the player’s team in order for equipment to be picked up.
Make up equipment pick up dates will be:
Tuesday, July 21, 6-8pm
Wednesday, July 22, 6-8pm
Thursday, July 23, 6-8pm
You must have a coach from your team or camp with you to be sized, so please make arrangements with your coach to attend to make sure you are not turned away when you attend a make up sizing.
$25 deposit will be required, cash, check, credit, or debit card accepted.
