Health Department Press Release RE Viral Meningitis Outbreak
The attached press release was sent out by the Washoe County Health Department in regards to the recent Viral Meningitis outbreak.
The SYFL has been working with directly the Washoe County Health Department to ensure we are following proper protocol.
All Games and Practices will move forward as scheduled. There will be no cancellations of any SYFL Events.
Parents – if your child is ill, please do not bring them to practice. Please Keep Them Home.
Coaches and Parents – all athletes should be utilizing their own water bottles during practices and games. Please do not share water bottles at this time as we need to avoid the spread of these germs.
