Hello Lady Titan LAX Family,

I just wanted to pass along some quick information in preparation for our first indoor practice tonight at Lakeland Community Church. Please take a look at the information below:

1 – Please make sure to bring a face covering. We will not allow anyone in the building without one, and it must be worn at all times while in the building.

2 – Remember that we are splitting the team into 2 smaller groups and will run a 1-hour practice for each group. If your last name begins with A-K, you will be at the 5pm – 6pm group. If your last name begins with L-Z, you will be with the 6pm – 7pm group.

3 – Please do not bring any lacrosse bags into the building with you. We are trying to reduce the amount of time all the players will be congregating in one location, so we do not want everyone in one spot in the hallway. Come in just before start time wearing your cleats, goggles/helmet on, stick in hand, and water bottle and go straight to the field.

4 – We will be taking people’s temperatures when they walk in just to make sure nobody is running a fever. If you do not feel well, or if you think you’ve been exposed, please stay home.

5 – Below is tonight’s practice plan. The link below is our practice plan. Please take a look at it so you understand what’s going on for tonight. If you are a brand new player, you’ll be hanging with Coach Jay so you can learn the fundamentals.
