Sorry for the delay in responding as we are trying to get a look at how the indoor season will look

Responses have been slow in coming in

As it stands just now Firebirds White will not have enough players to declare a team to participate in the EMDSL Indoor League

nb~ We will still be looking to continue with outdoor soccer 2024 next Spring

For the players that have answered that they are looking to continue playing through the winter then we will look at the numbers to see if we can commit to a weekly practice at BMO
At $180 per hour for a 1/4 field this year we have to make sure there is enough players and committed to keep the cost affordable

High Schooler Indoor House League – Saturday Afternoons
Open to female players in grades 9 through 12.

$250 until Sep 30, & $275 after October 1st,
Shirt size requests accepted until Sep 15,
1:1 (recipricol) Friend Requests accepted until Sep 15th!
This program is an opportunity for players to carry over from our High School-aged Outdoor program from the summer! Registration permitting, we will host a small-sided games league.
Since this program is registration dependent, payment will only be collected when registration is full!

Program includes:
16 games on turf,
Female Forward philosophy,
Program jersey,

Response to indoor season has been slow and we have a deadline 2 weeks away
We hope the players want to continue playing indoor and we need a committed to play through the winter

Same as before – please send an email confirming Indoor Season interest & commitment to play

I anticipate that our age group will be put into the U18 Division as the leagues are often combined to maintain team numbers in each division

Costs – we will break these down shortly and communicate all the fees

Usual Fees apply –
EMSA player registration fees
EMDSL Team registartion fees
Indoor Fees to cover BMO field rental ( Weekly Practice ) separate from the League Fees

NB~ Tier 1 Divisions are open to regional & Academies & Tier 2 is district only

We have played in tier 1 each indoor season last 2 years

5 vs 5 = $ 1500 per team
7 vs 7 = $ 2500 per team (last year’s format)

Thank you Coaches John, Derek & Paul for all your volunteer hours to coach & develop the players & manage the team

Fall & Winter – Indoor Season
Fall practices will be scheduled soon to continue outdoor till September
Normally we have a weekly BMO practice & have entered the EMDSL Indoor League
Having had the season to gauge versus the other teams and determine what would be the best fit for Firebirds going forward
Firebirds playing in a Tier 2 or Tier 3 Division would be likely the best fit
The aim is to keep kids playing soccer year round and the drop off rate for kids at high school is higher than any other age group
We sincerely hope the players want to continue playing
All teams are dependent on volunteers & the players to continue

Oakridge Soccer Club will likely offer a weekly time slot at BMO this fall & Winter
