My package has been shipped from China on September 11 however has not been delivered .
Where is package? My parcel has been lost? Can you update the parcel information?

I suppose that this delivery was shipped through Chinapost or 4PX postal service. Check out the 4PX Parcel Tracking website to find info regarding your shipping. Just visit this site and paste the parcel number in the form on the package tracking website. Warm wishes!
