I have an online platform so each player will have their own log in to access the workouts that will be posted on the platform. It has video instruction and etc for each exercise. It also can be customized for different player’s needs. I can track it and also give some nutritional advice and many other items. Players that have access to weights I can change the weekly workout from body weight to actual weight training.

I have changed the pricing to only $20 per month. Anyone who is unemployed due to covid-19 their player free.

All I need is for them to email (bob@bobgaskill.com) me with the player’s name and email to get started. They have direct contact to me through chat on the site as well.
