TMHA is now accepting online registrations for the 2020-2021 season!

Please read the information below carefully.

*All players within NOHA have the ability to return to their “home association” or return to the association with whom they last registered in 2019-2020 so long as it is within their local Health Unit. *

We are asking everyone to register online using the Hockey Canada Registry (Payment by credit card only using our online system). We will have in person registration next week on Monday, August 24th between 6pm-8pm outside the Sportsplex for those unable to register online.

It is important to remember that once you register with TMHA, you must remain with that TMHA bubble and cannot enter another bubble with another Association. If you have questions about this please e-mail admin@timminsminorhockey.com

To register, go to the menu at the top of our web page and select the registration tab, then select TMHA online registration. If you are not sure which category to register your children, please reference the age chart in the registration menu.

You must have an account with Hockey Canada’s Online Registration system to be able to register your children into hockey with this association. You can create a new account or, if you have previously registered children online with Hockey Canada’s system for any association, you can proceed to login with your account.

With the uncertainty of where we will be in the fall, TMHA made the decision to proceed with a pro-rated month to month collection process for player registration fees. The player fee for the upcoming season will be $150 for all players this season. When you register, you will see a pro-rated TMHA player registration fee for the month of September in the amount of $20. You will also see a one time NOHA/OHF/Hockey Canada participant fee of $65 which goes directly to the NOHA and includes player insurance. Once you successfully complete registration, you will receive your receipt by e-mail.

Please be advised that the Initiation Program will not commence until October however you can register now.

Beginning in September, TMHA will offer 1 to 2 hrs of ice per week per age group for skill development sessions. This is optional for those who wish to participate and available to select when you register. The price of the skills sessions will be roughly $10-$15/player per session (depending on the number or registrants). Players will be placed in groups of a maximum of 25 players in each age category. Sessions will be lead by trained and certified TMHA coaches. All players wishing to participate in the September skills sessions must have registered by Aug 27 to allow time for us to organize and schedule these groups.

Looking ahead to October, skills sessions will continue and 3 on 3 or 4 on 4 hockey games will commence. TMHA will communicate further details including which group your registrant has been placed in as well as their group’s skill session schedule closer to the start of September.
