Please see the message from Liane regarding the details on how to properly hand in your cheese fundraiser information. It is important that all participant follow the guidelines when handing in your order. CUT OFF IS NOV 30TH, 2019

Here is the digital version of the final order form. All players received a paper version of this form as well. They have the choice to hand in the paper one with the quantity of each item or to fill it out digitally. If they fill it out digitally, the excel sheet will calculate their cost, profit and total amount due. If they want to fill it out by hand, they will have to calculate it and hand it in. I will set up at one of the tables in the lobby from* 1:00-2:00 on Novembe 30th for hand in.* I will not be at the practice on November 29th, therefore will only accept orders on the 30th to keep things organized.

A cheque also needs to be hand in to Liane for the total amount….she will not be accepting cash payment.
