2004-2005 Season Notes:

Glendale now has a record of 185-63
over the nine seasons that I've followed
the team, second only to Kickapoo's
214-45 record over the same time frame.

The Falcons won the 2004 Greenwood
Blue & Gold - Gold Division championship
with a 69-61 victory over the Liberators
of Bolivar high. This marked Glendale's
ninth Blue & Gold title, which ties Central
and Kickapoo for most championships
won in tournament history.

GHS ended the 04-05 Ozark Conf. race
tied in second place with Parkview. This
was the fourth consecutive second place
finish for Glendale and also our ninth
straight year of being among the top
three.

The Junior Birds finished their season
with the best J.V. record in six years at
17-5. They also won the J.V. tournament,
defeated the Kickapoo J.V. team twice
for the first time in over a decade, and
ended the season with 11 consecutive wins!

The Falcon freshmen "A" team took 2nd
place in the Fresh. tournament for the
third consecutive year, defeated the
Kickapoo freshmen for the third straight
season, and finished at 17-3 overall.
The "B" team went 11-4.
