Little League forwarded a memo banning composite barrel bats for Junior, Senior, and Big League Baseball.  Such bats are not permitted for practices or games.  This directly affects the MILL Jr./Sr. League.

Additionally, I talked with our District Administrator today per this issue.  Apparently, Little League Baseball MAY pose a ban on composite bats for the Majors Division in the near future!   If you have a child playing Majors Baseball, it would prudent to avoid purchasing a new composite bat.  I understand this may cause a terrible inconvenience, but we MUST be in compliance with Little League Baseball.

Please forward this note to others.  I do not want folks to spend their money frivolously.   If I receive any additional information per this matter, I will forward immediately…

Regards!
