Potential Vendors and Advertisers

Vending and advertising of goods and services is open to all businesses, teams, clubs and individuals for Utah Youth Comp Soccer, LLC Sanctioned Tournaments. Interested vendors and advertisers must fill out the online vending/advertising request and obtain a USUCS vending *permit. Vendors and advertisers must obtain any other necessary licenses or permits (ie: food handler permits) that may be required by the city of Washington.

USUCS will contact you to discuss daily, weekend or percentage rates once we have received your online request. Once your vending or advertisment has been approved we will promote your business on our web site and in the tournament program.

*US Utah Comp Soccer, LLC reserves the right to limit or deny vending/advertising permits at the complex.

US Utah Comp Soccer, LLC Tournament Manager/Coach Checklist for all tournaments

1-Completed and signed Tournament Team Registration (Got Soccer Only) 

2-Reviewed Tournament Rules and Regulations
(Please go over with players and parents)

3-US Utah Comp Soccer Amateur Athletic Waiver and Medical Release (2019 is posted)
(Parent Signature Required for all players, must do the waiver online)

4-Current roster or travel roster 
2019 IB Roster is the official roster to create and use, these are the rosters that will be verifed, stamped and used for game check-in with referees. You may upload this Roster from the IB app or the Waiver/Roster link found on this web site.  UYSA, USYS or other state rosters are acceptable rosters to use for verification of age. 
(Guest players must be added to your roster,  State association rosters that have not been altered can be used as proof of a players age, added or guest players must show proof of age, rosters are frozen the Day before your  first game). 

5-Game check-in with referees is with the stamped tournament rosters only.   

6-Copy of player's birth certificate, driver's license or passport (proof of a players age) US Youth or US Club offical Rosters may be used as proof of a players age.  

7-Paid Tournament Fees (Please mail to 12432 S Meadow Spring Ln, Riverton UT 84065)

8-You must idenitfy any guest player that is not currently registered with any competitive state program and register them with USSSA with the link found on this web site . A $25 fee is required for non-registered players so we may add them to the USSSA policy. All State registered players/teams are already included in this policy. Guest Player action form is required for all guest players. This form can be found on your State association site.  

8-Completed Travel arrangements (transportation/lodging)
(Please see our "housing link" for many great options)

9-Aware of your teams tournament schedule (Please provide us your desired flight) 

10-Familiar with field locations - The field layout will be posted prior to tournament.

Bracket Level: A: Gold-Premier D1,Travel Teams B: Silver-D1, D2, D3 C: Bronze- D4 to recreation. Guaranteed three game minimum.

-Ice Breaker Outdoor Soccer Tournament Closes: January 15, 2013 Midnight

Late Registration: Late registrations may be accepted for 1 (one) week after the official deadline  (close date listed above) and must be done online. An additional $150.00 must be added to the registration fee. Due to scheduling and printing deadlines late registrations will not be accepted later than 14 days before the scheduled tournament. Note: If a bracket/schedule is completed, late registrations may be denied.

When: February 16th & 18th, 2018 over Presidents Day weekend
Where: St. George, Washington, & Hurricane Utah (Outdoor) 
Open to all:USSSA, US Soccer, US Club, UYSA, and FIFA affiliated teams as well as any other state or independent soccer organizations desiring to compete in first class competitive tournaments.
Gender/Age: Open to all girls and boys U8-U19 (Note: U8-10 teams  will play 8v8, U11-U12 will play 9v9, U13-U19 will play 11v11).
Bracket Level: A: Gold-Premier D1,Travel Teams B: Silver-D1, D2, D3 C: Bronze- D4 to recreation. Bracket requst are not guaranteed! Guaranteed three game minimum
Registration Entry Fee: U8-U10 $750, U11-U19 $775 (Payment secures your registration into the tournament. No Refunds once payment has been received)

1-Tournament Check-in:
2019 check-in will be  Feb. 15th 2019  at the Coral Springs Resort club house
. Just off I-15 Hurricane exit. Exit 16 to Hurricane, 90 North 6680 West Hurricane UT. Note this is not in Hurricane city, it is just off I-15 exit. www.coralspringsresort.com Vegas teams checking in on Saturday will check in at the Sullivan Soccer Complex 965 S Washington Fields Road at the big pavillion by the lake at the front of the complex. You do not need to bring anyting to the check-in, you should have already emailed us your roster, proof of age and any guest waiver information to icebreakersoccer@gmail.com if you have questions please text Rob at 801-232-1111

2-Medals are given for each 1st and 2nd place team, please be sure to come to the tournament head quarters after the tournament to receive your medals and have you team photo taken for the web site. Sweat shirts and T’s will also be on sale.

4-Team Photo in Program-The Ice Breaker puts out a high gloss full color quality program that will be given to each player free of charge. If you would like to place a team photo along with a brief message for $15.00, please email a photo to icebreakersoccer@gmail.com before Friday Jan 24, 2016  Please call 801-232-1111 if you have any questions.
