Field training, rental, league and tournament registration is open!

The Sports Lodge offers:
1- One 80x40yrd  8v8 3' Turf Field (outdoor rules apply, indoor/outdoor shoes are ok) 
2- Four 5v5 Futsal Size Fields
3- One 4v4 Sand Field
4- Agility Field
5- Indoor Training/Fitness room
6- Coach/Team Conference room
7- Lodge Lounge w/ fireplace and seating
The Sports Bubble is 240x120x40 with 28,800 sq ft of playing field. 

The indoor field is available:
+ Oct. 15 - April 15 
Outdoor fields are available:
+ April 15 - Nov. or as weather permits

*Holidays are reserved for Indoor 5v5, and 8v8 Youth/Adult Tournaments!

USL Rates:
+ ID Card Annual Fee $6.00
-- Individual USL membership ID card is required for all participants. ID card must be used to check in at each use. (ID Card fee is already built in to the Tournaments and League Play)

+ Open Play: $6.00/player/hour, or $30.00/player/year *Unlimited Use
-- Mon, Wed, Fri 8-9 PM, & Sat 7-8, 8-9 AM designated for Open Play.
Open Play is also available anytime the field(s) are not reserved or in use.
-- Limit of 90 players during the Summer & 60 players during the winter. When there are over 30 Players using an open play session, the large turf field must be divided into 3 5v5 fustsal size fields.
-- Open play is based on a first come first serve basis

2012-2013 Winter Tournaments (Got Soccer Points Apply!):
$400 Per Team Per Tournament, sign up for 3 of the 4 and get $100 off each tournament!
Games played on 80x40yrd field, no walls and outdoor rules apply. Teams play 8v8

USL Winter Indoor Harvest Cup, Christmas Cup and MLK Callenge are ALL Qualifiers for the National Indoor Championship, top three teams of each bracket qualify!

These teams DO NOT take the place of your current club or High School team. USL Traveling teams will only train/travel during a player's off season.

USL Accelerated Club Travel Team (W)
USL Accelerated teams will train at the USL Professional training facility with professional coaches and certified trainers. They will target an individual player's needs, talents and goals. USL will track and record progression charts through "isoccer" which will then be shared with a player's current club or high high school coach.
USL welcomes and encourages club and high school coaches to participate in this off season training!

Full Field            $60/hour
(Note: during the summer months the full turf field can be used for $25/hour if the remaing stations have not been booked out. To Guarantee the full field it must be booked at $60/hour.)

Lacrosse Tournament Feb. 18-20, 2012

USUCS,LLC Lacrosse Tournament

 February 18-20 over Presidents Day weekend (No Sunday Play)
Where: Staheli Farms, 3400 South Washington Fields Rd. Washington Utah (5 miles North of St. George)
Open to all: High School and Club affiliated teams as well as any other state or independent Lacrosse organizations desiring to compete in first class competitive tournaments.
Gender/Age: Open to all girls and boys U8-U19
Bracket Level: 1-Varsity 2- Junior Varsity 3- Other, Guaranteed three game minimum
Registration Entry Fee: U8-U11 $550, U12-U19 $600
Registration Closes: January 29, 2012 midnight

1-Tournament Check-in- All teams are required to personally check in with a coach or team manager. Friday night check-in will be from 5:00-9:00 PM at the Coral Springs Resort, Exit 16 Hwy 9: 

If your team is traveling down on Saturday, you will need to email to let us know and then check your team in at the tournament Head Quarters at Staheli Farms at least one hour before your first game.

Please remember to bring:
1-Updated Roster (they do not need to be signed, we do not need player actions forms, added players may be written or typed in, rosters can be changed up to check-in)
2-Ice Breaker Athletic Waiver for each player (found at “form uploads”)
3-Proof of age birth certificate, drivers license, passport
4-Player cards or ID cards, if you do not have a current ID card for your player, simply make a photo ID and bring proof of age.

2-Medals are given for each 1st and 2nd place teams, please be sure to come to the tournament head quarters after the tournament to receive your medals and have you team photo taken for the web site. Sweatshirts and T’s will also be on sale at a very reasonable price at various locations throughout the complex

4-Parking/fields-Free Parking, the new parking lot is mud free!    


3-Referees-If you are a referee or know a referee that is coming or would like to participate in the tournament please have them fill out the short form at under referees. We need a few alternate referees as well.
It is important that we have good high quality referees for our tournament. We will post on our web site a short online referee evaluation that you can fill after each game and submit to us that will help us in fielding future referees.

4-Team Photo in Program-The Ice Breaker puts out a high gloss full color quality program that will be given to each player free of charge (approx 1500 participants). If you would like to place a team photo along with a brief message for $15.00, please email a photo to  before Monday Jan 30,2012.   $15 fee.
