Practice this week will be on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday at 5:30pm.  

No practice TODAY.  

Normal practice days will resume next week.

Entries and Clerking Schedule - Track Meet - April 22, 2017

Hello,     

 

Track Meet is at Cholla High School, 2001 W Starr Pass Blvd in Tucson, Saturday, April 22, 2017 at 8:00am - Be at the track at 7:00 am and sit in the first section closest to the finish line... 

 

RELAYS ARE RAN EARLY SO PLEASE BE ON TIME.

 

Parents going to Tucson will be responsible for clerking.

 

Please wear your uniform and T-Shirt and do not wear any other colors than black & red even the girls sports bras.  We should not see ANY clothing underneath your uniforms.

NEXT TRACK MEET - APRIL 22ND IN TUCSON

 Next track meet is April 22nd in Tucson

Please let me know ASAP if you will attend.  I am still in Charlotte with my mom and will be doing entries from here.  My time on the computer will be limited which means I cannot have last minute notices that you will not attend.

Email me by Friday if you will not attend the next track meet.

Phoenix Invitational

I have attached the clerking sheet and concession sheets.  Please please please we need everyone's help in keeping the stands and grounds clean.  

DADS – Please check garbage and clean during the session so that there is not a lot to do after the team each night.

ON SUNDAY AFTER THE MEET EVERYONE (THE ENTIRE TEAM NEED TO STAY AND CLEAN AND HELP PACK UP. COACHES INCLUDED.

If you have not donated please bring with you to the track meet in the morning. The next meet will be held at Mesa Community College. This is not a session team. The meet will run from 7 a.m. to about 7 p.m. Saturday and 7 a.m. to about 4 p.m. Sunday. 

Coach Yative did not make the schedule, so if you do not see your name please make sure to check at both clerking and concessions to see if help is needed. Thank you!!!
