It is super HOT now so we want to make sure we are in and out quickly. The kids need time to warm up before workout so PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE BE ON TIME.
Also, please make sure your athlete is drinking WATER, WATER, WATERoh yeah and more WATER. Not just at practice or when it is time for practice. All day... keep reminding them to drink water even on days with no practice. Gotta work? Call or Send a text... just make sure they are getting it in. Kids were cramping up last week.
NO SWIMMING OR PLAYING IN POOLS STARTING WEDNESDAY, JUNE 13TH UNTIL SUNDAY, JUNE 17TH AFTER THE TRACK MEET. Then you can swim away.
Its crunch time and we need to start getting mentally and physically ready to compete at the next level.
PRACTICE IS NOW MONDAY, TUESDAY, WEDNESDAY AND THURSDAY AT 6:00 PM. WEDNESDAY'S PRACTICE IS ESPECIALLY FOR RELAYS, JUMPS, THROWS, etc. BUT ALL ARE WELCOME.
