2013 Winter Ball Schedules
New 2014-2015 Executive Board of Directors
The following are the newly elected Executive Board of Directors for the upcoming 2014-2015 seasons:

Vice President - Kevin del Toro
Secretary - Tamara Copeland
Treasurer - Renee Cummings
Player Agent - Julie Zentner
2014 ELECTIONS FOR EXECUTIVE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
The 2014 elections for Executive Board of Directors will be held in May 2013. Anyone interested in applying for an Executive board position must complete a 2014 Board Application available in the "Handouts" section. Applications can be mailed in to CPYB 387 Magnolia Avenue, Suite 103-318, Corona 92879 and must be postmarked by May 11, 2013. No applications will be accepted after May 11, 2013.
Voting will be held on Tuesday, May 14, 2013 from 5:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. at Santana Park near the snack bar area. Ballots will be available on that day only. Eligible voters are parents or guardians of a registered player.

Spring Wait Lists
Spring sign ups and tryouts are complete. All divisions are on wait list status. If you wish to place a player on the wait list, please email the player's name, date of birth and contact information to cpybregistrar@hotmail.com.
TEAM MOMS - RAFFLE TICKET & SPONSORSHIP TURN IN - Saturday, February 16, 2013
The raffle ticket stubs and sponsorship turn in will be held on Saturday, February 16, 2013 at Graziano's. The scheduled times for each division are as follows:
11:00 A.M. to 11:45 A.M. - Bronco and Pony Divisions
11:45 A.M. to 1:00 P.M. - Mustang Division
1:00 P.M. to 2:00 P.M. - Shetland and Pinto Divisions
Team picture packets with assigned picture times will also be handed out that day. If the team mom cannot attend, please send a representative from the team to turn in the items.
