All Volunteers wanting to manage, coach or assistant coach should click on the above title. You can download the Manager/Coach Application and a Volunteer Form, then submit them at a Saturday Registration or email the completed and signed forms with a photocopy of your Driver's License. To manage, coach or assistant coach with SLL you must submit a Volunteer Form and a Manager-Coach Application. ALL Volunteers must submit to a Criminal & Sexual Registry background check. Forms should be turned in by January 21st for Managers. Click on the above title for the forms. The completed forms can be scanned into a pdf file and emailed to Tonya @ evanchykt@bellsouth.net
