 June 17, 2014: The All Star Teams will be announced and there will be a MANDATORY parent meeting to begin/finish all necessary paperwork.

June 28, 2014 - July 13, 2014 - The games will be played at Los Alamos Hills Sports Park

ALL STAR PAPERWORK NEEDED

If your child is selected onto an All Star team the following paperwork will be required in order to play.

You will need:

•  3 DIFFERENT forms of proof of residency OR the school enrollment form, signed and completed
• A copy of the original birth certificate, and the original birth certificate
• If they are a returning All Star player you can bring the tournament player verification packet that was given back to you.

 The following forms are acceptable forms of proof of residency:

(All proofs must have issue dates between February 1, 2013 - January 31, 2014)

• Valid Drivers License
• Voters Registration
• School Records, with parents name on it
• Welfare/Child Care Records
• Federal Records
• State Records
• Local (municipal) Records
• Support Payment Records - Court Issued
• Homeowner or Tenant Records
• Utility Bills* - gas, electric, water/sewer, phone, mobile, heating, waste
• Financial Records - loan, credit, investments
• Insurance Documents
• Medical Records (Bills)
• Internet, Cable or Satellite Bills
• Vehicle Records
• Employment Records

*All Utility Bills Count As One Document

We want to give one last shout out to the following divisions for the dedication and effort!

Each team battled hard.....we couldn't ask for more!  We'll get them next year!

Birth Certificates and Paperwork is available for pick up on Monday, July 15th between 5:30pm and 8:30pm.  If you cannot make that date, please email Vicki at president@mnllbaseball.org to make other arrangements.

After Round 1 of tryouts, the following players are invited to attend Wednesday night's 2nd Round Tryout at Hunt Park, 6-9pm.
