Baseball is ninety percent mental. The other half is physical.
Little League baseball is a very good thing because it keeps the parents off the streets.

"The biggest thrill a ballplayer can have is when your son takes after you. That happened when my Bobby was in his championship Little League game. He really showed me something. "The highlight of my career? In '67 with St. Louis, I walked with the bases loaded to drive in the winning run in an intersquad game in spring training."

"When I came up to bat with three men on and two outs in the ninth, I looked in the other team's dugout and they were already in street clothes."
"When I looked to the third base coach for a sign, he turned his back on me."
"If a guy hits .300 every year, what does he have to look forward to? I always tried to stay around .190, with three or four RBI. And I tried to get them all in September. That way I always had something to talk about during the winter."

Dugouts on Kenneally Field
I hear there's some confusion about which Kenneally dugout is Home and Visitor. Executive Summary: It matches the scoreboard on the field. Yes, this means that it's not the same as Major Field.
Apparently the Major and Kenneally Scoreboards have Home and Visitor in different sides amd the Kenneally dugouts haven't been marked yet. We'll get it on the punch list, but for now, the scoreboard rule of thumb seems pretty easy to remember :-)
Thanks once again to the crews that brought us new dugouts to label, a new scoreboard to match labels too, and an ever diligent Director of the Night for researching and resolving the problem.
