Dear Little League District Staff Members and Local Presidents:

Patrick W. Wilson, Little League International's Senior Vice President of Operations and Program Development, has been providing an education into the resources developed for the Little League Intermediate (50/70) Baseball Division.

Continuing with this outreach initiative, Mr. Wilson will be featured during a Little League TV special event.

  • On Wednesday, Nov. 28, at 7 p.m. Eastern U.S. time, a 30-minute video presentation will be available for viewing on Little League TV.

 

Little League International has developed an online resource page for the Little League Intermediate (50/70) Baseball Division. Via the Intermediate (50/70) Baseball Division resource page, local leagues and districts will have access to a power point presentation on the new program, a document describing "best practices," a field conversion power point presentation, and answers to frequently asked questions (FAQ document).

We strongly encourage you to share this information with all members of your staffs, and extend this invitation to join us on Wednesday night!

Congratulations, and welcome to the JLSB Section 1 tournament. This tournament will be held on the lower field at McCabe Waters LL. PARKING: Pull into the driveway located just west of DiGiovanni’s garage at 446 Park Street. Follow the driveway down to the softball field. There are flush toilets by the upper fields, and there are porta-potties on the lower field. Please call either Eileen or Maryellen if you have any questions.

Please note that, although Friday is OFF, it could be used as a rain date. Please plan accordingly.
