When registering for AAU please use the following information:

Varsity Teams calling in scores to Buffalo News
The winning team of each Varsity game MUST call in the scores to the Buffalo News as soon as the game is over. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Tie Games are called in by the HOME team.

Required Paper Work For 2015 - 2016
The following is the paperwork required for ALL Teams.
1. A letter from the School on school letterhead with raised school seal, with the players names and grades signed by the AD or school Principal. OR, a copy of the players school ID or report card.
2. Completed NYSCSH Roster form with player signatures.
3. A copy of each players birth certificate.
4. A copy of the AAU Registration Card for each player and coach.
5. Completed NYSCSH Waiver of Liability form for each player and coach.
6. Completed NYSCSH Consent to Treat form for each player and coach.
7. Up to date copies of the coaches Coaching Cards (front and back), or print out from USAHockey website (coach certification page)
